Rock-solid double concert
2021 was the year in which Andreas Odbjerg really established himself on the Danish music scene, with sold-out concerts, hit singles and Denmark's most popular song, I morgen er der også en dag – a personal song that the Danish people took to their hearts. He is one of Denmark's greatest living songwriters, and a master in the world of pop. As well as a string of hits, he will be joined on stage by close friends, so we can all sing along when they play Stor Mand.
Artigeardit has created a unique musical and visual universe. Telling stories from his life, his lyrics are poetic and the sound is iconic, beguiling and instantly recognisable. As a DJ, he is behind huge hits like Solo Dance, All I Wanna Do, Nobody, Sí and Miracles, to name just a few, which have gone around the world and won international success. He has released music with global stars such as James Arthur, Jason Derulo, Imanbek, The Vamps and many more.
Over 2,500,000,000 global streams speak for themselves, and he has performed at Wembley and Tomorrowland. He shines as a DJ on-stage, but he also has a lot of input in terms of set design, lighting design and visuals for his concerts. Together, they provide the ingredients for a spectacular live show, and we are delighted to welcome him to the Open Air Stage.
The evening kicks off with a shot of real girl power in the form of FVN. She is new to the Danish music scene, but looks set to be a real star, and she has grasped every chance to get on stage and fire off her cheeky raps. Her sexy, self-assured lyrics and catchy beats work well on any dance floor, so all that's left is to throw yourself into the party and the music.

Denmark's Mr. Swing King
They have a reputation as one of the country's best live bands, and with charismatic front man Peter A. G. on-stage alongside bassist and guitarist Per Frost, Gnags are back with their strongest line-up. The band has released music on cassette tape, vinyl, CD and digitally since 1966 and are still going strong. So this summer they'll be showcasing new songs, but it's also a great opportunity to hear classics like Vilde Kaniner, Mr. Swing King and Den Dejligste Morgen. Popular singer and songwriter
Tina Dickow is currently working on her first Danish-language album, and the single Lige Nu offers a flavour of what to expect on this evening in Tivoli. The songs were written during a long period in which Tina Dickow was unable to travel home, making her especially homesick for Denmark. Her tour in the spring and summer of this year will be the first opportunity for audiences to hear the new songs played live. We can't wait!

American rap icon
50 Cent has sold over 30 million albums and won numerous awards, but this wasn't a given while he was growing up in New York. He was selling drugs by the age of 12, and whether his lyrics deal with drugs, criminal activity, prison, stabbings or shootings – he is speaking from personal experience. Luckily he began rapping, and when he heard Eminem and Dr. Dre, everything changed. 50 Cent's 2003 debut album Get Rich or Die Tryin’ included the huge hit In Da Club, which he recently performed as a surprise during this year's Super Bowl halftime show. Enjoy singing along to this and much more when 50 Cent takes to the stage in Tivoli.

Tom Jones is a true living legend! At 81 he is still going full steam ahead in an impressive, successful career, and his concerts are more critically acclaimed than ever! He has sold a dizzying hundred million-plus albums, including 36 chart hits in the UK and 19 in the USA. Most people can sing along to classics like It’s Not Unusual, She’s a Lady, Sex Bomb, Delilah, Kiss or What’s New Pussycat. He has mastered countless genres and has better performance genes than most. And since he was knighted by HM Queen Elizabeth of Great Britain in 2006, he is now Sir Tom Jones.
In other words, this is no Mr Nobody taking to the stage in Tivoli on this summer evening. Sir Tom Jones is a singer and performer who, for more than five decades, has brought people together, young and old, men and women, across social classes, and sung his way into both mainstream and underground music hearts. All that using his distinctive, unmistakeable voice.

The godfather of Danish hip hop
L.O.C. is the greatest ever Danish hip hop artist and one of the few who can boast both high album sales and excellent reviews. His explosive live show has an unfailing sense of style, and as an entertainer and icon he has always been at the forefront of Danish hip hop. Since spring 2021 he has released the album FUCK L.O.C., featuring the hit track Milkshake. Enjoy listening to this and many more classics when this legend arrives on-stage in Tivoli.

Denmark's biggest rock band
Their megahits such as Silverflame, Love Is A Loser's Game, Waterline, 11.07 PM, If I Could I Would But I Can’t and many more have won the hearts of fans everywhere as they toured the world, raising the bar for Danish rock. Dizzy Mizz Lizzy never compromises on its simple recipe for live shows pulsing with pure rock: guitar, drums, bass – and obviously, Tim Christensen's vocals holding the whole package together. So if you are longing for some synchronised air guitar and headbanging, remember to save the date.

Party on the open air stage
MØ unfortunately has to postpone Friday Rock due to Covid-19.
Fortunately, Djämes Braun x Vild $mith has signed up as a replacement, so there will still be Friday Rock on August 19!
Together with Ashibah, they keep the open air stage going with a huge party and an impressive string of hits.
It can only be good!
After a full global takeover with Lean On – with more than three billion streams on YouTube! – MØ returned to Denmark for a break. Inspiration slowly returned, and with home comforts and the company of good friends, the new album Motordrome came to fruition. This is an opportunity to finally hear these new songs live and watch MØ in her element, on-stage once more. This will be her only Copenhagen performance this summer, so put it in your diary.
As a DJ, singer, producer and songwriter, Ashibah has made a name for herself on the international house music scene – particularly in Brazil, where she spends nearly half of her time and is a big star. She is now ready to reconnect with Danish audiences, and we can't wait to see her open for MØ on the Open Air Stage.

Their stage show is spectacular, filled with costume changes and a raft of songs for you to try to sing along to: Vi Tager Fuglen På Dig, Kosmisk Kaos, Pige, Girl, Fågt Op I Skalle and many more. It is rare to see the three stars from Malk de Koijn perform live, so we recommend that you seize this opportunity while it's here.

Pop music with a tale to tell
HUGORM came about as a producer passion project in Klitmøller Cold Hawaii, where the three incomers, Simon Kvamm, Morten Gorm and Árni Bergmann Jóhannson, discovered that they shared the same tastes. A taste for sticking two fingers up in musical terms. This found expression in their debut EP FOLK SKAL BARE HOLDE DERES KÆFT, and despite COVID-19 and multiple cancelled concerts, HUGORM have made a name for themselves as a great live band, earning them a Danish Music Awards nomination for New Live Performer of the year in 2021.
Folkeklubben's most recent album, Børn af den tabte tid, deals with the matter of time, and given that they are one of Denmark's busiest live bands, it is must unusual that they have not been on the road as they usually are. Folkeklubben have a solid fanbase and play to delighted crowds on the biggest stages. With popular songs like Fedterøv, Men Ikke Endnu en Vinter and the title track Sort Tulipan, the stage is set for an outstanding, lyrical night of rock.

Lord Siva is the master of melancholy in Danish R&B. His intense vocal delivery brought him fame around a decade ago and helped to bring the soulful hip hop scene to Denmark. Since then he has become a genuine pop star, with huge hits like Paris and Solhverv. He has worked with a wide range of Danish artists, and was most recently nominated as Solo Artist of the Year at the 2021 Danish Music Awards.
Victor Leksell is Swedish pop at its very best. Big songs with strong refrains. He took things a step further with Svag, which became the most streamed Nordic-language song ever! His debut album Fånga Mig När Jag Faller has accrued over 300 million plays on Spotify, impressive numbers for this young Swede to bring to Denmark.
Enjoy an evening with attitude, as Lord Siva and Victor Leksell perform their hits in Tivoli.

Jung writes infectious existential pop songs about love and hate, about being up and down or perhaps just about being right where the three band members are: at the end of their twenties, a point where the world is still completely open but reality has made itself known. The nostalgic songs sound like they could have been written in the 80s. Jung has only recently got started, but judging by the standard they have set so far, the future looks bright.
Free admission to all Friday Rock concerts and Tivoli in 2022.
